- 1889 Foundation of ERNEMANN for photocameras in Dresden
- 1903 First ERNEMANN Movieprojector (Format 17,5 mm)
- 1905 First ERNEMANN 35 mm Projector
- 1926 Consolidation of different projector manufacturers under the ZEISS IKON AG, Dresden, brand name: ERNEMANN
- 1934 ERNEMANN VII – the first ERNEMANN Projector with Soundhead
- 1945 Factory moved from Dresden to Kiel
- 1954 ERNEMANN projectors were the first to make use of Xenon bulbs for cinema projection worldwide
- 1972 First dual format Projector for 35 und 16 mm film
- 1975 Zeiss Ikon AG taken over by Fa. Anschütz & Co. GmbH, Kiel
- 1992 Launch of the ERNEMANN 15 projector
- 1995 Anschütz acquired by Raytheon
- 1996 Launch of Laser Audio Sound pick up
- 1998 Launch of electronic Film platter
- 1999 ERNEMANN CineTec GmbH becomes an independent business venture
