CAN - Bus - System
With this system you can use and control different cinema technology components like servers, sound processors or light drive circuits in one combined circuit.
The connection of single components to the CAN-bus is standardized and the defined installation modules can be added to the exiting Bus-circuit.
We installed more than thousand CAN-bus systems and we have the adequate access point ready for every demand - clear and defined. In contrast to the previous centralized star cabling, with the CAN-bus you have advantages not only in material and integration costs but you can also preposition clear cost calculations.
After installation, diagnostic LED`s are providing permanent information about the operating status of the system and a standardized diagnostic connector according to CAN-CiA-Convention gives the cinema technician the opportunity to control the CAN-bus signals directly - just for the worst case.
The advantage of the CAN-bus system is the single, centralized BUS-circuit which makes the previous star cabling needless.
